- Payment information — processed by our payment provider Creem.io. We do not store your card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data
- To process your photo restoration requests.
- To deliver restored output and order receipts to your email.
- To process payments through Creem.io.
- To improve service quality and prevent abuse or fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations under applicable laws (including PRC laws and any cross-border data regulations).
3. Third-Party AI Processing
PhotoRevive uses third-party AI image restoration models (such as GFPGAN, Real-ESRGAN, and similar open-source or hosted models) to process your photos. Your uploaded photos may be transmitted to these processing services solely for the purpose of restoration. We do not sell or share your photos with any third party for advertising or training purposes.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
- Uploaded photos and outputs — automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of restoration.
- Order records and email — retained for up to 5 years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.
- You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@photorevive.cn.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing.

6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Creem.io as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem handles all card data, fraud screening, and tax compliance. Please refer to Creem.io's Privacy Policy for details on payment data handling.
